Old quarter Es Pantaleu

Es Pantaleu is the old quarter of the town of Andratx. It was the original nucleus of the town and was fortified with five towers, of which only one remains (tower of So Na Gaiana).

This quarter is formed by narrow, winding streets, some of which are staggered.

In this old quarter you will find corners full of history that will take you to the following places that you should not miss: the Sa Planeta mill which was an old flour windmill from the 18th century, the Curia building (old town hall and current municipal library), the tower of So Na Gaiana: the only fortified enclosure currently in Andratx.
